Experience several hours in the spacious Atria Hall kitchen with host and past personal chef/caterer Isabelle Spike. Learn about (and taste!) a variety of charismatic condiments from around the world, with simple and easy suggestions for incorporating exciting new flavors into your life. Condiments elevate and invigorate our cooking with minimal effort—come find a new flavor. Beverages will be served!

These are the charismatic condiments that will be taught,

Isabelle Spike is a self-taught cook who grew up in a WI restaurant family and then honed her skills catering and personal cheffing in Boulder, CO. After eating phenomenal Asian food in the Bay Area for 4 years, Isabelle moved back to WI where she enjoys cooking with local products, writing, travel, and enjoying new and diverse foods whenever possible.
